Floor vents, requested by Simman23. 
Originally I was going to convert these from ts2 since he requested a conversion of these floor vents by Jezibomb, but I have decided that it was just as easy to make them myself, (and also avoid trouble with people that are tsr members who do not have a clear sharing tou, 'cause, you never know!) so here they are Simman23, I hope you are happy with these,  I have made these in 17 different styles. I hope you like them and enjoy them!

Small Spaces Vol 4: "Charlotte" Nursery Set (new objects)

"Charlote" Nursery Set [new objects]
This set came about after someone requested a baby bed with canopy, I thought, sure why not. After making the bed I thought, this needs to be turned into a set, and it ended up turning into a set, so this is what I ended up creating :)

This set contains:
*Baby moses basket with canopy: 10 swatches. Use baby without crib mod, you can get it here [X].
Baby decorative books: 8 swatches.
Baby felt mobile (suitable for medium sized walls): 5 swatches.
Decorative baby rocking sheep: 5 swatches.
*Nursery curtains: 12 swatches.
Nursery dresser (with 25 slots): 4 swatches.
*Deco Baby elephant hamper: 20 swatches.
Nursery mirror (wall height can be adjusted): 4 swatches.
*Nursery bear pillow: 4 swatches.
Nursery moon pillow: 1 swatch.
Nursery queen pillow: 5 swatches.
Rocking chair (acts as a normal chair, it won't rock back and forth): 4 swatches.
Rocking chair deco fur: 4 swatches.
Rocking chair pillows: 16 swatches.
Nursery fur rug: 5 swatches.
Nursery shelf (with 5 slots): 4 swatches.
*Fluffy stool: 1 swatch. (use in a well lighted area, the more light shines on the stool the fluffier it looks. I recommend white lights, not yellow ones)
Nursery animal pictures: 31 swatches.
Nursery giraffe lamp I & 2: 4 swatches each.
Pasteurs homogenius smart milk (2t4 conversion included to complement the set): 5 swatches. Bottle meshes were made by me.

NOTE:
This set contains items that are high polygon and may slow down your computer. Items marked with a * are high polygon. Zip file is 38.3 MB. No EP's are required for these items to show up in game.

This is another super cute creation from Sims in Paris, although the style is very rustic shabby chic like, which is why, I love it :)

All credits for the meshes goes to Sims in Paris.

:::NOTE:::
The cabinets were not cloned from actual kitchen cabinets due to the alpha transparencies that they have, therefore they will not act as a normal cabinet, but they can act more like shelves, and you can place things  inside of them, and can be slid up and down as well. Some of the meshes were altered in order to suit S4 game.

Ts2 to Ts4 Conversion of Aquagreen Hydroponics Garden from Sims 2. And 21 modified EA meshes of plants to complement the set.

This set includes:
DIY(-ish) Aquagreen Hydroponics Garden: I have broken down this garden into 2 parts, the frame and the light. Originally I had them as one piece but I noticed that the whole thing lit up like a lamp and it didn't look right, so I decided I would separate them instead, and make it a DIY set, -sorta. I have also added slots to it so that the plants can be placed in every little pot.

I promised my sweet friend Leo that I would post some tutorials to help people understand how to assign weights to a converted object for Sims 4, so here it is.

This tutorial is going to be directed to those creators who like doing conversions but do not know how to assign weights to stoves/fridges, and any other object that requires animation in Sims 4. This tutorial assumes that you have basic knowledge of both blender and Sims 4 Studio, and will not teach you how to use either of the programs. 

The same principle that is used  in this tutorial to assign weights to a stove, can also be used to assign weights to other animated objects such as fridges, aquariums, microwaves, etc.
Feel free to ask any questions if you get stuck at any point in this tutorial, I will gladly help you, as this tutorial was pretty extensive and I might have missed something. 

NOTE:
Have in mind that I am also still learning how to do certain things with blender and S4S and I am NO professional or an expert either, so I will  teach you what I know so far, and my own way, of doing things when I convert meshes from S2 or S3 to have my objects work properly in game. This tutorial will be long (and possibly) tedious, so I will break it down into 2 or maybe 3 parts.

Victorian Style Bicyle (new object)
I've been super inspired by the victorian style a lot lately, and have been thinking about creating a lot of different victorian style objects, and, among these is this Victorian style bicycle that I am bringing you today, this bicycle comes with 7 swatches for the seat, the rest of the body is the same colour, but you may recolour them if you like. I hope you guys like it as much as I do, I LOVE everything vintage and this is already one of my favorite things that I have created for the Sims 4 so far. Enjoy!

2t4 Conversion of Carefree Koi Pond. This pond is buyable, functional and you can use it for fishing and for finding frogs. 
Tip:
I highly recommend decorating the edges of this pond with foliage, flowers and stones for a more natural look as the edges are sharp and square, - as you can see in my photo I have used several decorations around it to disguise the edge and it looks quite natural (and pretty).
