3t4 Conversion of 4sims Extreme Monster PC
This set contains:
Monster PC: 6 swatches.

 I converted this pc thinking about the male simmers out there, [or you can download for your male sim to have a kickass computer too I guess ;) ] usually I convert stuff that is more female related and I suppose from time to time it is ok to make/convert something for the guys as well. This monster pc is completely functional as you can see in the close up below and it will do everything that a regular PC does. Enjoy and happy simming!

3t4 Conversion of the Renault Fluence from the store. This car was supposed to be released with the Eco Pack that I converted for @mxims​ here, but at the time the mesh was giving me some issues that I didn't know how to fix, but, thanks to @teanmoon​ I was able to also fix the issue with the car, and to finally release it, so a huge thank you to her for teaching me new things. I added a slight gloss to this car because I had originally added super shine to it, and I didn't like it much myself, I think the slight gloss looks much better. So here you go guys, enjoy and happy simming!

Originally I was only going to make the coffee suitcase table and release it by itself, but then I thought, this little table needs company, so I decided to make a side table version of it too, along with a rocking chair, a basket planter and a basket ceiling light to go with them. All of them are inspired in real objects that I found on the web.

366 Concept Living Set (new meshes)
This set was inspired by 366 concept furniture, which is actually a line of kids furniture, but, I liked it so much that I decided that instead of kiddie furniture, I was actually going to turn it into furniture that could be used by adult sims. 
I added a lot of different textures to this set, which is why I am going to release it in parts.
The first part will include the "loft" textures set, and since there are so many swatches for this one set, I won't show you every single swatch in separate images because this post would be super image heavy, instead, I will post the swatches all together to show you all the different colours/textures.

NOTE:
The next two sets (part 2 and 3) will contain tweed and houndstooth textures, and they will only include the sofa and chairs since I already included the tables, planters, flowers and lamps in part I. >>The sofa, chair and lamp are high polygon.<<

2t4 Conversion of Lastrie's Aquawall with Droopsi's textures. Simplysimmer24 requested an edit of the Dine out aquarium with realistic corals in it, but since that aquarium is actually small-ish, I thought this would be a better aquarium to do, since it already contain realistic textures in it. As far as the deco fish goes, the ones that you requested are not in game unfortunately, but, you can still stock your aquarium with different types of fish, and as far as I understand if you catch fish at ponds you can also use them to stock your aquarium with them, so I didn't think there was a point in making them deco, when you can actually have them animated by stocking it up with fish that you can catch at the ponds. Now, my sims don't fish much but, I found some info on a blog that says:
"While you can purchase fish directly from the aquariums, you can also put in any type of fish that you may catch with the fishing skill. This includes the special fish, and crustaceans. The tanks can be filled with any fish; carnivorous fish will not eat other fish, and freshwater and saltwater fish can reside in the same tank, making it a good way to display Sims' most prized catches (instead of mounting them on plaques)."

So, there you go, I hope you like this aquarium :)

This set contains:
Droopsi-Lastrie Aquawall I,II,II.
I had to divide this aquarium in three parts because the texture size is bigger than the usual 1024x1024 size, and since it came with 60 textures in total, that would have made a single .package file ridiculously heavy, so there will be separate download links for them.
Each aquarium has 20 textures, and because posting pictures of all of them would end up making this post super image heavy, you can look at previews of the textures here.
